My name is Sue, owner of SAND Life Coaching. I am glad you are here!
Are you feeling stuck? At a crossroads in your career or emotional life? All of us, at one point in our lives, can feel lost, unsure, ambivalent, or unhappy at times. As a Certified Life Coach Professional, I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you; and how to do it successfully. I believe that you have the strength not just to survive, but to truly thrive.
About Me
I am a Certified Life & Wellness Coach, certified through Canada Coach Academy (CCA). CCA courses are recognized and certified by the International Coaching Federation. I specialize in helping people "unmask" from the world's creation of them, to find connection with themselves and God, so they can live their deepest desires for their lives.
That is just my specialty though, I also work with teenagers who are looking for a safe place to find their voice and explore their options, as well as anyone else who need a guide to explore and execute their next step in life.
